1. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are purchasing as a private individual (B2C) through our online store, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

2. How to exercise the right<\/b><\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by sending an email to customercare@arrimattt.com or by using the model withdrawal form included below. Please include your order number, full name, contact details, and the products you wish to return.<\/p>\n

3. Return deadline after notice<\/b><\/p>\n

Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the goods within 14 calendar days.<\/p>\n

4. Return shipping costs<\/b><\/p>\n

The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Handling charges included in the original shipping cost are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

5. Condition of returned goods<\/b><\/p>\n

Returned goods must be sent back in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection of their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may reduce the refund if the goods show handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.<\/p>\n

6. Refunds<\/b><\/p>\n

If the withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse all payments received from you as required by law, including the standard outbound delivery cost (excluding handling charges) where legally applicable, within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. VAT will be refunded at the rate applied to the original sale.<\/p>\n

7. Exceptions<\/b><\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases excluded by law, including goods made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalised goods, among other statutory exceptions.<\/p>\n

8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items<\/b><\/p>\n
